    The True Meaning of Diversity

Experience a meaningful presentation that will challenge your understanding of how diversity is essential to our professional and personal lives.  This program will include a self-reflection exercise that provides you a broader scope of barriers and privileges you did not realize about yourself.  Then we will focus on how these unrealized experiences have molded our perceptions and thought process.

In addition to broadening your own understanding of the different paths our lives take, you will also gain tools and techniques to help your organization's leadership gain a more insightful understanding as to the true meaning of diversity.

    Objectives
1.Explore the concept of diversity and the importance of valuing/respecting the people we work with
2.Define the importance of valuing differences as it relates directly to providing service excellence to the internal and external customers we serve
3.Explore the various forces impacting the business case for diversity

4.Identify strategies for being an inclusive leader and to develop a culturally competent work force
